Identity And Access Management Manager

This role will oversee a team where responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, hiring and termination decisions; coaching and development; rewards and recognition; performance management; and staff productivity. Collaborating with the Vice President Information Security, this individual will further develop the Identity and Access Management program, including the execution of role-based strategies and provisioning across the enterprise. These efforts are performed in compliance with DCU security policies and industry's best practices. Essential functions include managing and maturing the credit union's Identity and Access Management program and procedures; communicating effectively with all levels of the organization; preparing procedures, policies, reports, and correspondence; taking part in solution architecture design and assisting with the integration and implementation of IAM solutions; supervising the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of new security solutions; ensuring controls and configurations comply with security policies; aligning all elements of the IAM program with business and IT; collaborating with diverse stakeholders and vendors; serving as the point of escalation to help resolve any roadblocks; developing, overseeing, and monitoring controls to address compliance in user provisioning; collaborating with IT enterprise architecture teams to align IAM security standards; identifying current and emerging security threats; managing key vendor relationships; analyzing critical events to improve prevention and response processes; and collaborating with business units to clarify security concepts. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and/or related work experience; 5 years of experience in information security; 1-3 years of supervisory experience; experience with IAM management and compliance; familiarity with SSO, MFA, Federation, CASB and PAM; cloud security experience; and industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and GSLC.
