Position: Customer Service Representative II Location: 501 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 8am-4pm What You Will Do

Under general supervision, assist callers (patients, professional staff) with service requests and/or issues, including but not limited to clinical results, supply orders, courier pickup requests, specimen collection/processing information. Assist patients in scheduling Laboratory appointments What You Will Need

Education: High School Diploma or GED required Certification: N.A. Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service or related Health Care preferred Unique or Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English, basic knowledge of computer systems Benefits
