Do you want to be part of something bigger than yourself? Are you ready to bring the spirit of The Hill Has Eyes to life long before opening night? Join our Guerrilla Marketing Street Team and help unleash fear across the city
one poster, one scream, and one scare at a time. We're assembling a select team of HHE actors, ambassadors, and trusted referrals to lead a high-impact, grassroots marketing campaign this fall. You'll act as the boots-on-the-ground force driving brand awareness, social buzz, and ticket sales by activating local businesses, surprising the public, and generating fear-fueled excitement wherever you go. This is your chance to get creative, build real-world experience in marketing and community engagement, and help haunt Milwaukee before the gates even open. What You'll Do: Visit bars, restaurants, fast food chains, fast casual chains, high school athletic centers, sporting venues, beer gardens, and other venues within a 20-mile radius of HHE to place HHE posters and postcards Spark word-of-mouth by getting local businesses to share and tag us on social media Film TikToks, post selfies, run stealth and surprise activations, and engage the public
in and out of character Help create creepy, clever content that keeps HHE top of mind across the city Represent The Hill Has Eyes professionally, authentically, and with serious style Tactical Highlights: Buzz Marketing: turn everyday people into hype machines Ambush Activations: show up where we're least expected Stealth Drops: spooky surprises hiding in plain sight FOMO Generation: eerie table tents, QR clings, and influencer-style visibility Creative Freedom: pitch and deploy your own eerie ideas
from haunted happy hours to creepy content collabs You'll Be Equipped With: HHE Street Team shirt + optional accessories Posters, postcards, coasters, QR codes, clings, chalk Complimentary ticket (4 GA) certificates to hand out as a thank-you gift A digital tracker to log placements, posts, and wins Commitment: Approximately 610 hours/week, visiting 1015 businesses Runs mid-August through October (peak time before opening weekend) Flexible hours
work on your own schedule Optional weekend drops at events, fests, and fairs Weekly check-ins to swap ideas, get updates, and share wins What's In It For You: Weekly Pay
Flat-rate weekly rate based on an $8/hour rate, typically between $48 and $80 depending on hours worked Performance bonuses available for top team members, with total potential weekly pay up to $120 (base + performance bonus) Free merch and bonus tickets for top performers Chance to win Visa gift cards and other exclusive rewards Real-world experience in marketing, brand ambassadorship, and community outreach We're Looking For: Returning HHE actors, ambassadors, or referrals Outgoing personalities who aren't afraid to talk to strangers (and scare them too) Creative thinkers and content creators Reliable transportation + smartphone Passion for The Hill Has Eyes and spreading the fear and excitement Comfort working in public, both in and out of character Limited spots available. This is a select program
