Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification. As a nurse in one of our 24-hour facilities you will care and support clients with substance use disorder. Overnight shifts available. New graduates welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Conduct assessment of health status on individual upon admission and discharge. Accurately chart all medications, physical, emotional, and mental status. Evaluate appropriate referral sources for client upon discharge. Participate in the development and modification of a plan of care. Implement physician orders. Perform general nursing procedures and care to clients. Provide oversight to clients in withdrawal regimens or clients with monitored sobriety. Make behavioral observations of clients and potential clients. Requirements & Qualifications: Associates degree in Nursing is required. Must have a current active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota. Experience working with individuals that have substance use and/or co-occurring disorder preferred. Pay: $24.37 - $29.24 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience. Why Zumbro Valley Health Center?
