Administrative Assistant
We seek an Administrative Assistant to join our team and work directly with the Hilton Head Island, SC owner. This is an exciting opportunity to support the owner and contribute to our companys growth and success. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the owners schedule, including appointments, meetings, and client meetings. Assist with activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer communication Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, estimates, orders, and other documents Handle confidential information with discretion Provide administrative support to the owner and other team members as needed Requirements: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills are essential Proficiency in Office suite software systems Ability to learn software applications easily is a plus Excellent communication by phone and interpersonal abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Good spelling is essential About Us: Curry Printing HHI, Inc./FASTSIGNS has served the Hilton Head Island area for over 47 years, providing high-quality printing and signage solutions to businesses and organizations.
