Puralima Cantina is seeking a talented Service Lead to add to our team! At Puralima Cantina, we've chosen to create connection and beauty through great food. Food that's made from scratch with care. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole. Position Overview: As a Service Leader, you will be the role model amongst our front of house team and maintain our company standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our front of house teams will want to emulate. We see the Service Leader as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company. Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities: (in addition to Service Crew member responsibilities): Execute great daily deployment, as scheduled by general manager, for the day to day operations in the front of house Build a positive atmosphere where our guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfied Train existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the Puralima standard Identify and develop future leaders Challenge your team to become better every day Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment Manage food safety through line temps, hand washing and glove use Monitoring secondary shelf lives and enforcing all food safety policies and procedures Clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits Assist in the resolution of customer incidents and working to ensure a positive guest experience Facilitating marketing, promotions, and events Live and represent the Puralima Cantina brand day in and out Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years customer service experience Passion for living a healthy life Able to lift 50lbs Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment Preferred Reliable transportation Full-time availability with a flexible schedule Drive to grow and advance career with Puralima Cantina Puralima Cantina Benefits: Competitive wages Tipping Opportunity to grow and advance career Employee meals discounts Flexible scheduling This organization participates in E-Verify.
