Key Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure consistent standards for food quality, presentation, and portion control Train, mentor, and lead kitchen team to maintain peak performance and cohesion Assist in managing inventory, ordering, storage, food-cost tracking, and waste control Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety standards Collaborate with Banquets and Catering teams for seamless event execution Step in to oversee service periods and support the Chef as needed Education & Experience: High school diploma required; some college preferred 10+ years of culinary experience, including at least 35 years of supervisory or kitchen management In-depth knowledge of upscale cuisine, banquet operations, and high-volume foodservice Culinary degree preferred, or an equivalent blend of education and experience Food-safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in budgeting, cost controls, inventory, and vendor relations Relevant military culinary experience Experience in banquet or hotel kitchen environments Why Join Us?
