The Social Work Program in the Clinical Health Sciences Department at Texas A&M
University-Kingsville
invites applicants for an adjunct position in social work at the rank instructor for the upcoming semester.
Applicants teaching practice courses must have a M.S.W. from a CSWE accredited program and at least two years post-masters professional social work experience. Applicants who are licensed in Texas, or license-eligible, in social work are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, research, recruitment, and service. The B.S.W. program at TAMUK is accredited by the Council on Social Work education and participates in Title IV-E.
Texas A&M Kingsville, a predominantly Hispanic serving institution, is part of Texas A&M University system. Located in Kingsville, Texas, 40 miles southwest of Corpus Christi and 150 miles southwest of San Antonio, Texas A&M University- Kingsville is rapidly growing Carnegie Research Institution.
