SimpleCITI is hiring a Real Estate Underwriting Associate to support acquisitions and investment decisions across our portfolio. The role will be primarily focused on industrial real estate, evaluating a steady flow of off-market and marketed opportunities that align with our buy box. The ideal candidate is analytical, fast-moving, and confident underwriting commercial assets. Core Responsibilities:

Underwrite industrial real estate deals using Excel and internal tools

Analyze rent rolls, lease terms, expenses, and market comps

Evaluate off-market and brokered opportunities for acquisition fit

Summarize key deal assumptions and risks for internal review

Maintain an organized and up-to-date underwriting pipeline
