As a Test Lead
Commercial Lending, you will make an impact by driving the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale loan servicing transformation program. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with delivery leads, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders. In this role, you will: Develop and manage test plans for sprint-level and end-to-end testing across commercial lending systems. Lead a dedicated workstream, coordinating test activities with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely execution. Execute manual and automated tests, report results, and maintain a comprehensive defect log. Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations related to testing and integration. Ensure coverage across upstream and downstream systems, including source and target (ACBS) systems. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on financial services. Combination of skills in both manual and automation QA. Strong domain knowledge in Commercial Lending and loan servicing operations. Hands-on experience with ACBS. Proven ability to lead testing workstreams and coordinate across agile teams. Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks. Up to 25% travel may be required. These Will Help You Succeed
Experience working with FIS or similar vendors in lending modernization programs. Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ISTQB or equivalent testing certification. Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or large banking institutions. $90,000-$129,500 This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans Benefits
