Executive Business Partner, Silicon Engineering

As an Executive Business Partner, Silicon Engineering, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the VP of Silicon Engineering and team. You will play a critical role in optimizing executive efficiency, facilitating communication, and contributing to the smooth operation of the engineering team. Responsibilities

Monitor VP of Silicon Engineering's calendar and helping to prepare materials or actions items accordingly Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting. Preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents for executive meetings and internal communications. Organizing and coordinating large-scale team events, offsites, and internal conferences. Acting as a key point of contact and liaison for the Silicon team. Work with Company's Chief of Staff to ensure the VP of Silicon Eng and team are aligned with Company initiatives. Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new Silicon team members. Supporting the training and development initiatives for the Silicon engineering team. Collaborate on performance review processes and documentation. Track team member vacation and travel schedules. Review and approve expense reports. Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Partner supporting senior-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced technology or engineering environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant business software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proactive initiative. A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is nice to have.
