This position offers a unique opportunity to lead, motivate, and train a high-performing team dedicated to delivering accurate and timely estimates for our Construction and Service Business Units. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the estimating team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development. Oversee the preparation and submission of estimates, maintaining accuracy and consistency. Contribute to the preparation of construction and service estimates. Implement best practices for estimating processes and techniques. Qualifications: Extensive estimating experience in construction, environmental, or similar industries. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver results efficiently. Proficiency in managing project estimates ranging from $25,000 to $5,000,000. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Cost Estimating Software is advantageous. Ability to interpret project plans and documentation effectively. Location & Work Environment: This is a hybrid role based in Farmingdale, NY, with remote options available.
