Position Perks & Benefits: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Highly Competitive Salary - based on license type & experience Employee benefits package - health, dental, PTO, & more Paid time off - 29 days per year including vacation & holiday pay Clinical supervision - complimentary for LMSW's, PLPC's, PLMFT's Additional income opportunities - for LPC's and LCSW's NHSC approved - eligible site for tax-free student loan assistance Top-notch training - initial and ongoing Culture & work environment - welcoming and supportive Key Responsibilities: Individual counseling: Address clients' mental health needs and personal goals through one-on-one sessions Group counseling: Guide supportive sessions for individuals facing common hardships Group education: Deliver lectures on subjects like stress management and coping strategies Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns via interviews and standardized measures Intervention: Mediate conflicts and improve relationships Multidisciplinary collaboration: Partner with professionals engaged in client care Referral coordination: Arrange appropriate referrals to specialized services Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Current Missouri Licensure (provisional accepted) as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP Or...
