Compensation Consultant

As a Compensation Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping our client's compensation strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance with legal standards. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization, providing expert consultation and driving initiatives that align with their mission, vision and values. Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on major compensation projects, recommending and implementing enhancements to programs and policies Perform thorough job evaluations and equity analyses, presenting data-driven insights to support key decision-making Partner with HR Business Partners to address departmental needs and ensure alignment across the hospital system Lead large-scale market studies and propose cost-effective solutions for complex compensation challenges Manage the annual performance evaluation and merit increase processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Act as a compensation expert during system implementations and updates, working closely with HRIS to maintain data integrity Provide training and guidance to managers on compensation guidelines and decision-making processes Lead departmental projects and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compensation policies and procedures Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources Management or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation or a related field, showcasing strong analytical skills and attention to detail Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Access and HRIS systems Excellent communication abilities with a knack for effective collaboration in a team environment A high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with a strong customer-service orientation A sense of urgency and agility in addressing client needs and executive requests If you think this opportunity aligns with your skills and aspirations, we encourage you to apply today!
