Paint Process Engineer
Needed in Ft. Payne, AL. Direct hire. Salary Range $100k-$125K Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and training for Robot Attendants Set schedules/rotations for Robot Attendants Assists in process training Ensures inspections for each part style are completed Over sees production runs Responsible for assuring quality of parts and processes in area Responsible for continuous improvement/cost down project Responsible to establish specs for IM auxiliary equipment Responsible for setting process parameters for all tools Implement product/process improvement through changes Monitor robots and fluid delivery equipment for process consistency, and quality product output Responsible for Programming new launch products Other tryout and production related duties as required Ensure all Health and Safety and Process Procedures are followed within department. Follow all Organizational codes, values, policies, practices, procedures and instructions in the areas of quality, environmental health & safety, security and business operations Promote an atmosphere of team work at all times Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is always maintained Ensure that sufficient resources are available for each department including training, safety requirements, personnel, work instructions, procedures, and related tools Assist in any way to any employee, necessary to promote a successful operation emphasizing customer satisfaction Ensure that all employees receive proper training and understand all job tasks Required: Must have at least a minimum one (1) year Paint Process and three (3) years Robot Attendant experience demonstrated level of knowledge, skill and ability as a Robot Attendant.
