Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant III who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As an Executive Assistant III you will: Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings Handle and types complex and highly confidential material Manage and coordinates office and administrative functions Coordinate and leads special projects Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives Lead and supports committees as designated Coordinate data collection, compilation, and submission Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential Qualifications include: Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Health care or Business 5-8 years demonstrated administrative experience is required; Experience maintaining an Executive's calendar in C-Suite environment Required: Minimum five (5) years demonstrated experience supporting Senior Management PMP or other Executive Assistant Certifications Preferred Work Schedule: Will work primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekends as needed. Pay Range: $71,932.12 - $107,889.60 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
