Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager Global Incentive Compensation Analytics in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties: Design and implement global sales commission plans aligned with overall sales strategy, ensuring continuous monitoring and reporting of sales performance. Support Sales Compensation design through collaboration with Compensation Design, Sales Strategy, and Product teams. Conduct in-depth analyses and develop simulation models using statistical and machine learning techniques to generate insights that inform planning decisions. Present executive leadership with data-driven proposals supported by sophisticated modeling, enabling more informed decision-making. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation programs. Partner with Finance to manage the pay-for-performance and cost framework for sales compensation. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline, and at least five (5) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Python; (2) SQL; (3) Tableau; (4) Statistical Modeling (5) Strategic Planning and Execution: (6) Financial Analysis (7) MS Excel; (8) MS Power Point; (9) Google Sheets; (10) Google Slides. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Salary: $127,200.00 - $190,900.00 per annum.
