ServiceMaster Restore is a family owned and operated business located in Diamond Springs, CA. We currently serve El Dorado, Sacramento & Placer Counties, providing assistance for those with water, fire and mold damage to their property. We are looking to add a career-minded, highly motivated individual to join our team. Requirements
Reliable and customer-oriented Honest and looking to work for an ethical business Organized and detail oriented Outstanding personal skills with the ability to think on your feet is a necessity Must be an outgoing, personable individual who makes a good first impression with customers Must be available for on call rotation and after hours work (nights, weekends, holidays) Willing to work many different loss types including: water, fire, sewage, mold, pack out, carpet cleaning, structure cleaning and content cleaning Able to pass a background check Clean DMV driving record and valid CA driver's license Physically able to perform various laborious job requirements like removing drywall or cabinets, as well as rigorous and repetitive motions such as water extraction and vacuuming Works well in a team Willing to follow directions Be able to obtain your IICRC Certificate in Water Disaster Restoration Participate in on-going training using our online university Responsibilities
Perform loss mitigation and reports. Perform carpet or content cleanings as scheduled. Pack out and properly inventory items when necessary. Maintain a clean, presentable office, work vehicle and uniform. Maintain warehouse and equipment (keep it clean and organized). Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for a new job at all times (equipment & materials ready). Taking various job notes and sketching customer's homes (drafting experience a plus). Maintaining job files with correct forms, notes, pictures and authorizations from start to finish. Continuing training. Online university. Experience in carpet, upholstery and tile & grout cleaning is a plus but not a requirement. Experience in/knowledge of general construction and demolition is preferred but not required.
