Front Desk Assistant
Immediate opening available for a Front Desk Assistant! Flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday. Shift hours vary in mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Position Summary
Risher Fitness Management is looking for a part-time staff member to work at the Brushy Lake Fitness Center located in Sienna. The front desk associates' top priority is ensuring that residents and guests have an exceptional experience in the fitness center. Additional responsibilities include applying exceptional customer service and risk management skills. Description of Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to: Opening/closing the facility Aid with fitness program registrations Monitoring the fitness center and all participants Knowledge of how to correctly use and adjust machines Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests Enforce rules and policies of the fitness center Restocking and managing athletic wipes and hand sanitizer stations Knowledge of services offered Clean and maintain the fitness center Required Knowledge and Skills
Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have great customer service and communication skills Must be extremely reliable with consistent transportation Must be punctual, on time, friendly, and have a positive attitude Must maintain a professional appearance at all times Ability to understand and follow set procedures Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team, and perform detail-oriented functions Education and Certifications
CPR/First Aid Certified High School student, graduate, or equivalent
