Your Next Pour: The Opportunity We are looking to add a Senior Manager, Marketing
Analytics to our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for consumption-based demand forecasting modeling, innovation forecasting, media ROI evaluation and analytics, and partnering with marketing to develop data-driven marketing growth strategies. They will play a critical role in driving growth for TBG by providing accountability for marketing performance and continuous optimization of marketing investment. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include: Consumption-based forecasting
establish a predictive model that identifies the relationship between key consumption drivers and TBG sales, to improve both forecast accuracy and business performance diagnosis. Marketing effectiveness
evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of marketing tactics using marketing mix and other advanced analytic techniques. Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide regular reporting that enables brand & agency teams to make optimizations for improved media and shopper marketing performance. Innovation forecasting, planning and performance measurement
support new product development with planning and forecasting assumptions rooted in market & competitive benchmarking. Track and scorecard innovation KPIs (i.e. incrementality, trial & repeat, etc.) for clear assessment of performance versus expectations. The Perfect Blend: Experience 7+ years of experience in CPG performance analytics; some people management experience preferred Experience leading marketing/performance analytics (i.e. marketing mix models, consumption-based forecasting, incrementality, assortment, market structure, etc.) Proficient in data analysis, leveraging syndicated sources (i.e. Circana, Nielsen) and analytic tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to create reports and identify actionable insights Excellent communicator, who translates complex data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem solver, who thinks strategically and proactively about how to use data to address business challenges Team player, who seamlessly collaborates with cross-functional teams and effectively manages relationships with external analytics suppliers Foundational Ingredients: Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing Research, Data Analytics, Business, Data Science, or related field Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3 days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future Perks That Pack a Punch: TBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, company provided life, STD and LTD insurance.
