BIM Coordinator
Selectek is looking for a BIM Coordinator with a background with industrial projects. Required: Associate Degree or equivalent training experience 8+ years of experience working within one of the MEP disciplines with at least 3 years working on industrial projects An expert with the following software is a must: Revit 2021 or newer version AutoCAD 2021 or newer version Extensive experience with the following software is highly preferred: Navisworks Manage 2021 or newer version including the ability to setup clash reports, rules and selection sets AutoCAD Plant 3D Preferred: Experience in piping design for industrial plants Set standards, routines, blocks, and templates Maintain the BIM/CAD Libraries (AutoCAD and Revit) Develop and maintain the documentation and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements Be responsible for providing / sourcing BIM / CAD training through a combination of on-site, remote, and/or online training courses Participate in project kick-off meetings to identify tasks and issues relating to project teams and collaboration; identify and resolve project specific issues in setting up the Revit model Assist project teams with setup/utilization of Navisworks and 3D Software Maintain integrated BIM model, run clash detection reports and maintain issues log Participation in Design Review and Clash Resolution meetings Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sponsorship: No Pay range: $38.46/hour - $43.27/hour Term of assignment: 6 months contract to direct Pay method when direct: $80,000
