Flexjet is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented CDP Analyst to join our Global Marketing team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our customer data infrastructure to enable personalized, data-informed marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CDPs, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to unify customer data, build audience segments, and deliver actionable insights that drive engagement, retention, and growth. Responsibilities
Data Integration & Management: Oversee the ingestion, unification, and hygiene of customer data across platforms. Audience Segmentation & Activation: Build and manage dynamic audience segments within the CDP. Insight Generation & Reporting: Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle trends. Campaign Performance Analysis: Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention. Lead Attribution & Journey Mapping: Support multi-touch attribution modeling and customer journey analysis. Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards that visualize customer data, campaign performance, and business KPIs. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the CRM, Sales, and Digital teams to align data strategies with business goals. Data Privacy & Compliance: Ensure all data practices comply with relevant privacy regulations. Competitive & Industry Analysis: Conduct regular research on CDP trends, tools, and competitor strategies. Qualifications & Skills
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with CDPs, such as Salesforce Data Cloud and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DOMO). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer lifecycle engagement.
