In this role, we are looking for a dynamic leader that has deep industry knowledge of commercial data assets along with advanced analytics experience that will continue to advance the long-term data strategy for US Vaccines. This candidate should be both technically skilled with a keen eye towards the business to own and drive data quality, management, and analytics strategy for US Vaccines. The Director, Vx Data Product Management is responsible for the data management and governance of secondary and internal data assets within Pfizer with a focus on advancing our data and analytics capabilities for US Vaccines. She/he will advance the operational network for data governance and drive the execution of data stewardship and data strategy for decision enablement collaborating heavily with internal groups such as Digital DevOps, Master Data Management, Performance Analytics & Insights (PAI), Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) and Data Science. The Director, Vx Data Product Management will oversee a team of talented data engineers and the suite of Data Products essential to the success of Vaccines Data Strategy, including: Business Account Construct (BAC) CORE Data Assets (e.g. Sales/Shipments, Contracting, Pharmacy, Claims, etc.) Vx Foundational Models (e.g. APS, Pub/Pvt Split, Mfr Loyalty, Central Purchasing, Abrsyvo Split) Vx Incentive Compensation This role will help to propel U.S. Vaccines past all competition by pioneering unrivaled data, analytics and AI that boldly redefine best-in-class and relentlessly advance adoption of and access to life-saving vaccines. The ideal candidate brings a strong consultative mindset, commercial analytics domain expertise, and the ability to influence and drive innovation through agile, data-driven practices. Primary responsibilities include: Vx Commercial Data Ecosystem: lead and oversee the U.S. Commercial Vx data asset ecosystem to ensure data operations are maintained with data quality, data integrity, and data availability supporting 500+ U.S. Vx commercial data users. Vx Foundational Capabilities: Maintain and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing Vx specific foundational capabilities (e.g. APS model, RSV split model, Public/Private split model, Central Purchasing model, and Manufacturer Loyalty model) Performance: Enable U.S. Commercial Vx performance reporting and Sales Force Incentive Compensation programs using high quality Vx specific business data assets. Customer: Own the U.S. Commercial Vx customer backbone or Business Account Construct (BAC) to ensure customer data is uniformly defined to ensure consistency across the entire commercial organization from HQ analytics to sales pull through. Partnership: Partner closely with CMO IIS, CMO Data Science, Vx OE, and Digital teams to identify new Vx specific business data assets to support the short- and long-term strategic priorities of U.S. Vaccines. Innovation: Pioneer new capabilities using Gen AI and other advancements in the AI space to enable lightspeed decision making across the U.S. Commercial Vx BU. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
