Operator Combo
This is an Entry Level Production Worker's position who's responsible for producing high quality inks for our customers while maintaining a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. Essential Job Functions: Operate various machinery throughout the site following proper procedures and safety protocols. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge. Review batch tickets to assure understanding of the production to be manufactured. Enter raw materials in the sequence designated. Provide samples to the Quality Control (QC) lab for inspection. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support a positive work environment and achieve production goals. Willing to train right candidate to combo operator level. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED or pass a pre-employment screening assessment required. Knowledge of MS Office. Repeatedly able to lift 45 lbs. Working and standing for long periods of time. Certified to operate Stand Up Forklift. Preferred Education and Experience: 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Experience with batch tickets.
