What To Expect

Consistent delivery of an approachable refined hospitality experience Must have a flexible schedule - nights and weekends Always attentive to guests and team Share your thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu in order to answer all questions from guests and team Setting and clearing tables: Removing used dishes, resetting tables between parties, and cleaning up spills Refilling beverages: Filling water glasses Assisting the waiting staff: Communicating with servers if guests need attention, and serving food or refilling glasses if servers are busy Maintaining the dining room: service plates, utensils, linens and glassware Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates Perform opening and closing side work Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times Being Part Of The Team

Prefer one (1) or more years of support/bussing experience in a high volume fine dining restaurant A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position Must have an outgoing personality and hospitality driven attitude Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask Physical And Working Environment:

Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift. Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations. Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing, high noise levels, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time sometimes within a small area. Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
