As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at our Transportation and Warehousing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in warehouse logistics or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies Forklift certification Experience with international shipping and customs regulations Responsibilities: Oversee the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock counts Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment Train and supervise warehouse staff In this role, you will utilize your strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage inventory levels, oversee the movement of goods, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will be essential in training and supervising warehouse staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software will allow you to accurately track inventory levels and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
