Program Integration Lead
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains. Responsibilities: Partner with the Deputy Program Manager for Engineering (DPME) and IPT leads to ensure effective cross-functional handovers and progress tracking through the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for designated IPTs or engineering areas, accountable for schedule, scope, and budget adherence. Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to manage program execution and funding alignment. Participate in proposal activities and establish technical scope understanding to support program planning and execution. Develop and maintain long- and short-term execution plans, aligning with program milestones and detailed task tracking using EVM tools. Ensure risk mitigations and opportunities are properly documented and integrated into the IMS. Collect, analyze, and act on project metrics to drive decision-making and support deliverable commitments. Initiate material procurements; collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to secure resources supporting build schedules. Maintain visibility into material status, flagging and escalating procurement or production delays as needed. Consolidate Bill of Materials (BOM) inputs from technical leads to ensure configuration accuracy and readiness. Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field (Master's degree acceptable with reduced experience requirement) 5+ years of related experience (or 3+ years with a Master's) Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) program execution Strong foundation in systems engineering and understanding of upstream/downstream technical dependencies Working knowledge of material procurement processes, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination Proficient with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools, BOM tracking, and spreadsheet-based resource tracking Agile experience preferred On-site presence required; travel may be necessary depending on program needs Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
