Accounts Payable Specialist
LaSalle Network is working with a lead company in Itasca that is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with NetSuite experience to join their team ASAP! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments while supporting our client's finance team during this busy season. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices using NetSuite with a high degree of accuracy Conduct timely reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies Manage payment runs, including checks, ACH and wire transfers Maintain organized records and support month-end closing processes Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address inquiries and provide support Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
Experience in accounts payable or general accounting functions Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel is required Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Accounts Payable Specialist Benefits:
