Collaborate with spa team members to enhance the guest experience. Promote retail products and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Previous sales experience is a plus.
