Acumen Solutions is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in the Philadelphia Metro Area. This position will initially be responsible for managing a mobile development project consisting of 3 to 5 resources, with a career path towards a senior leadership role within Acumen Solutions. Specific Duties Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures Identifies and manages project risk Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate Support client management and relationship development as well as business development efforts as needed Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree 10 - 15 years experience managing projects/teams across the entire SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and support Change/release management Professional Services experience IT consulting and client interaction Networking and business development Any mobile application or cable/telecom experience is a plus Experience working within an established PMO process Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors Experience managing 3rd party support vendors General Project/Practice Related Competencies Project /Practice Management Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background Authorized to work for any U.S. employer Remote work is not an option for this role Qualifications
