We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with deep gaming industry knowledge to own and grow brand and agency relationships within the gaming space. This role will focus on driving revenue through PlayerWON's in-game advertising solutions while also collaborating closely with game developers to ensure our platform delivers exceptional engagement and monetization results. You will combine full-cycle sales expertise with an understanding of how to position PlayerWON as a must-have solution for advertisers targeting hard-to-reach gaming audiences. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of advertising clients across US agencies and brands. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that align PlayerWON's in-game advertising inventory with client campaign goals. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Meet and exceed revenue targets through both new business and account growth. Client & Agency Relationships Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and gaming industry stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers throughout the sales process. Represent PlayerWON at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Collaboration & Communication Work with internal teams (Product, Publisher Acquisition, Ad Operations, and Technology) to ensure smooth campaign setup and delivery. Collaborate on sales materials, case studies, and packaging strategies. Share client and market insights to refine product features and go-to-market strategy. Reporting & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate tracking of prospects, deals, and revenue status in CRM systems. Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts. Monitor industry trends, advertiser needs, and competitive activity. Qualifications
4+ years of sales or business development experience in media, gaming, or ad tech, with a track record of exceeding revenue goals. Strong network of agency and brand relationships, ideally with experience selling digital media into entertainment, gaming, or youth-oriented brands. Deep understanding of gaming culture, free-to-play business models, and monetization strategies. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
