Selectek is seeking a licensed architect with a background in K-12, higher education, or government projects to lead and mentor a team of junior architects. This senior role requires expertise in architectural production and construction techniques, with the potential to move into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities:
Organize submittals and deliverables Perform site visits, research, and due diligence for projects Mentor junior architects and interns Ensure detailed-oriented work and excellent written and verbal communication Requirements:
BS or Master's Degree in Architecture NCARB Certification 8+ years of experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Background in K-12, higher education, or government projects (preferred) Detailed-oriented and excellent written and verbal skills Ability to mentor younger architects Preferred Experience:
Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential projects (secondary preference) Salary Range:
