Automation Test Lead/Manager Location: Charlotte NC Required Qualifications: Strong experience in Test Automation using Java, Selenium, Gherkin, GIT, GITHUB Strong experience in Test Automation using Python Experience in Gen AI solutions using Copilot Experience in Agile Methodology Experience of client communication and Stakeholder management Roles/Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of test automation solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with collaborators to ensure successful project delivery.
