About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician (Level III) to join our Data Center Operations team. This is a senior technical position requiring deep expertise in server hardware and GPU-based systems. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our high-performance computing infrastructure that powers AI workloads for leading organizations worldwide.

Focus

Lead complex hardware diagnostics and repairs on GPU-based servers, including both air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems

Configure and optimize server hardware components, BIOS settings, and firmware deployments to ensure peak performance

Utilize BMC-based management tools to monitor, diagnose, and resolve hardware issues remotely and on-site

Collaborate with the infrastructure team to develop automation solutions and improve operational efficiency

Document hardware configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and contribute to knowledge base development

About You

Demonstrated expertise in server hardware architecture, including deep understanding of BMC functionality, IPMI, and out-of-band management

Proven experience with BIOS configuration, firmware deployment, and hardware-level troubleshooting

Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing GPU-based servers in both air-cooled and liquid-cooled environments

Solid Linux system administration skills with ability to perform basic command-line operations and system diagnostics

Automation-first mindset with proven ability to identify routine tasks and propose tooling improvements

Nice to haves

Familiarity with liquid cooling systems maintenance and troubleshooting

Scripting experience (Python, Bash) for automation tasks

Industry certifications (DCCA, CompTIA Server+, or vendor-specific certifications)
