Together, we can drive meaningful change, spark innovation, and achieve extraordinary milestones. Kentro is hiring an experienced Chief Innovation Architect to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. Kentro will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support. Responsibilities: Strategic leader and Chief Architect responsible for driving the enterprise architecture, innovation, and coordinating engagements across the Innovation Ecosystem. Principle requirements are owning the Innovation Council, Driving the Technical Roadmap, Enterprise Governance, Pattern Development, Innovation integration into the SIE Ecosystem, and ensuring adherence to Enterprise Governance requirements of the Chief Architect's Architecture Review Board (ARB), and the Chief Engineer's Engineering Review Board (ERB). Sets the strategic direction for innovation, enterprise architecture, enterprise governance, technology roadmap, and identifying opportunities for new products, services, processes, and training. Develop and implement frameworks and processes that foster a culture of innovation across the delivery of training and services. Works closely with other organizational components to ensure innovation initiatives align with SIE/operator requirements. Monitors industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities and threats. Oversees the development and execution of innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and work through the approval board process for innovation integration. Establishes metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives and makes data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve outcomes. Location: On-site in Tampa, FL
