A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion Assist and support the functions of other Doc Auditors as needed Communication with outside agencies, clients, and borrowers WHO YOU ARE You possess Typing/data entry skills
45 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate Excellent customer service and communication skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards Responsibilities
Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work. Assist and support the functions of other Doc Auditors as needed. Communication with outside agencies, clients, and borrowers. Research and resolve discrepancies. Print reports from established databases. Maintain accurate records and logs. Review all documentation for 100% accuracy. Knowledge of client, vendor, and borrower requirements. Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely manner. Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader. Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner. Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Typing/Data Entry skills, 45 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate. Possess good communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Windows software applications. Knowledge of real estate terminology.
