Senior Vice President Of Managed Services

The Senior Vice President of Managed Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, growth, and innovation of symplr Managed Services, including the Credentialing, Spend Management, and Service Advisor offerings. This executive will lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable service delivery, playing a critical role in shaping our Managed Services strategy. The SVP will develop and implement industry best-practice policies and procedures, ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, and leverage technology to deliver operational excellence that maintains a competitive edge in the market. Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Managed Services vision and strategy aligned with healthcare industry trends and symplr corporate goals Action opportunities to expand existing Managed Services offerings and identify new potential offerings to support symplr revenue growth and Customer Retention goals Oversee day-to-day operations of the Credentialing, Spend Management, and Service Advisor offerings, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and quality Implement best practices, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across all Managed Services offerings that result in achieving or exceeding all compliance, service level, revenue, and profitability targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring our service delivery meets or exceed expectations and contractual obligations Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team across all Services, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and excellence in delivery Collaborate with product and engineering teams to leverage technology for service automation and scalability Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the Managed Services org, enabling profitability through cost optimization and revenue growth strategies Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Healthcare IT related field 10+ years of leadership experience in managed services for mid-to-large scale SaaS based organizations Proven track record of strategic planning, operational management, and customer engagement Ability to lead change in a complex, regulated environment Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills History of building high performance teams Demonstrated record of delivering transformation via technology driven service models Desired Skills and Qualifications: Master's degree Experience with delegated credentialing models Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification Active NAMSS, CPCS, or CPMSM certification Deep industry knowledge of healthcare systems and their operational needs Min USD $0.00/Yr.
