As we scale, we're seeking a strategic and detail-driven Senior Accountant to own critical elements of our financial operations. This high-impact role will partner directly with leadership to drive financial clarity, operational efficiency, and scalable processespaving the way for Wellfit's continued growth and market expansion. What You'll Own: Lead all month-end and year-end close processes with speed, accuracy, and audit readiness. Own AR/AP workflows, invoice management, and reconciliationsensuring financial integrity across the board. Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis that shapes business decisions. Build and maintain accounting infrastructure in partnership with our FP&A and operations teams. Continuously refine accounting procedures to support automation, scalability, and best-in-class compliance. Contribute to cash flow forecasting and optimization across multiple business units. Interface directly with external auditors and drive successful audit outcomes. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred. 3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years in high-growth environments (a hybrid of both ideal). Hands-on experience across the full accounting lifecycle: AR/AP, cash management, purchasing, and expense control. Expertise with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms. Deep fluency in GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance. Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement. A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Why Wellfit?
