The Department of Nursing invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Nursing faculty position beginning Fall 2026. The program has Baccalaureate, MSN, and DNP programs. The position includes teaching responsibilities in the classroom and clinical setting as well as a commitment to maintain practice, service, and scholarship responsibilities. The programs within the department are fully accredited and taught in a beautiful facility with state-of-the-art simulation capabilities. Minimum Qualifications: Teaching experience and clinical experience. Registered Nurse License in Michigan (or eligible). Doctorate in nursing or related field (enrollment in a doctoral program) with evidence of scholarly activity. Extensive university experience is required for associate rank. If a Doctorate is in a related field, a master's in nursing is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with online teaching and learning, concept-based curriculum, simulation, experience, clinical experience in one or more of the areas (long-term, acute care adult health, community health, critical care, FNP, PMHNP), works well in a team environment, experience in RN to BSN, Family Nurse Practitioner, and/or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner education.
