Staff Front-End Engineer

We are seeking a talented and driven Staff Front-End Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in building the user-facing layer of our innovative AI-native agent workspace. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive, performant, and beautiful user interfaces that our customers love. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. What You'll Do
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to define and implement new features. Develop and maintain high-volume, complex web applications using modern front-end technologies. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to engineering best practices. Contribute to the team's front-end tooling, component libraries, and long-term architectural decisions. Support CI/CD processes and contribute to a culture of high-quality, continuous delivery. Who You Are
10+ years of proven experience working on high-volume, complex web applications. Fluency in ReactJS and NextJS. Proven experience in leading a team of developers. Proven experience in building products from the ground up. Proficiency in modern CSS and responsive design principles. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and an understanding of front-end integration with cloud-native backends is a plus. Why Join Us
