In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials, including soil, concrete, asphalt, and grout. About the Role:
Materials Testing:
You will perform a variety of field tests, including soil sampling and testing, concrete testing (slump, air content, cylinder testing), and asphalt testing. Quality Control:
You will conduct construction inspections and observations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Data Collection & Reporting:
You will accurately document all test results and prepare comprehensive reports. Equipment Maintenance:
You will maintain and calibrate testing equipment according to industry standards. Who You Are:
Experienced Technician:
You have 2+ years of experience in construction materials testing, including soil, concrete, and asphalt testing. Certified Technician:
You hold ACI Field Level 1 Certification (or equivalent). Detail-Oriented:
You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality. A Strong Communicator:
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with nuclear density gauges. Experience with other relevant construction materials testing certifications (e.g., ICC). Additional Info:

This is a 6-month temp to perm opportunity. Pay Range:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
