You will manage all aspects of consulting projects, from opportunity shaping to analysis, project management, and client engagement, supporting strategic decisions related to the energy transition in the Upstream & CCUS sectors. Your responsibilities include managing commercial and strategy consultancy projects, engaging with senior clients, and developing insights on topics such as Portfolio Resilience, New Market Entry, CCUS, and GHG emissions. This role requires creative thinking, analytical skills, strong communication, and outstanding project management capabilities. Frequent engagement with senior client teams and occasional travel across the Americas are expected. We seek future leaders to help guide our clients through complex energy transition challenges. Main Responsibilities: Lead consulting assignments and business development efforts Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets Act as the primary contact for key client stakeholders Mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables Identify and develop new business opportunities Maintain current knowledge of the upstream sector and energy transition trends Knowledge & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, engineering; master's/MBA preferred 6-8 years in management consulting or energy-focused consulting roles Experience building client relationships and managing project workflows Strong understanding of the energy value chain and implications of the energy transition Knowledge of commercial operations and business strategies Ability to speak credibly on a wide range of themes; language skills like Spanish are a plus Recent Projects: Advising governments on licensing and regulation strategies in the Americas Developing CCUS strategies for energy infrastructure groups Benchmarking carbon footprints and assessing portfolio resilience Conducting market entry and due diligence assessments Supporting operators in energy transition strategies Equal Opportunities: We are committed to recruiting the best talent regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
