Schedule:
M-F; Hybrid. This position is required to be onsite 2-3 times per week.
Purpose Statement/Position Summary
The Clinical Digital Adoption Specialist leads the development of advanced training programs and materials. This role enhances the instructional curriculum and supports the implementation of blended learning solutions for the Oracle Health/Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR). This role works closely with technology and clinical leaders to ensure effective training delivery.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
Required: 3-4 years of experience in training or instructional design. Proficiency with learning management systems and instructional design tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with Oracle Health or other clinical systems Preferred: Nursing or related clinical EHR experience
Education/Licensure/Certifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Systems, or related field. Will consider excellent experience and other qualifications in lieu of degree.
Pay Scale Information
USD $64,688.00 - USD $116,563.00

Final determination of a successful candidates starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
