As a Captive Consultant at ICS, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals to grow revenues profitably through adding to a book of business with new clients by growing and maintaining relationships with agency partners. Your expertise will help guide our captives to achieve optimal financial performance and support our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Essential Responsibilities Actively generate new sales leads through qualified sales calls and meetings by developing new agency partner relationships which results in achieving or exceeding sales goals. Provide captive education and consulting for existing captive clients and agency partners in addition to prospective captive clients and agency partners. Maintain relationships with clients and their business needs, addressing changes as needed and delivering documents as appropriate. Attend all sales-related activities, promoting a positive attitude in support of all agency changes and growth. Attend, plan, and participate in captive quarterly calls and member meetings. Support Captive Lead on programs to execute initiatives and direction of captive in addition to fueling growth with quality captive members. Responsible for overall team accountability regarding commitments made to customers. Encourage and coach to build healthy, high-functioning teams through influencing others. Qualifications Education: College degree preferred Experience: Sales experience required, employee benefits experience is highly desirable. Licensing: Hold appropriate state-specific Insurance Agent's License, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire Skills & Technical Competencies: Strong sales skills with a proven process to meet/exceed goals, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, effective public speaking, proficiency in advanced technology including Salesforce. Must be able to travel up to 50% with own vehicle.
