Konik is partnering with a local architectural firm that is seeking an HR Manager. This leadership-level HR role is responsible for building and implementing people strategies that support organizational goals and foster a strong, engaged workplace culture. The position oversees all HR functions including employee relations, professional development, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and internship programs Manage compensation, benefits, open enrollment, and vendor relationships Support employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Monitor and report on HR metrics, retention, and KPIs Conduct organizational reviews and support compensation audits Lead internal communication efforts including surveys and HR intranet updates Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and support sustainability certification compliance

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 10+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles SHRM certification preferred Proven ability to lead HR programs across recruitment, development, and compliance Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills High level of discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS tools a plus
