Exempt Summary:
Develops and leads a team that consistently grows store profitability by providing the highest level of customer service and practicing efficient store operations. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring safety compliance, overseeing store appearance and marketing, and protecting company assets. Duties and Responsibilities: Recruits, hires, trains, conducts performance reviews, counsels, disciplines, and terminates staff. Trains, coaches, and manages all associates in daily tasks. Maintains inventory levels and manages vendor relations. Reviews reports to ensure policy adherence. Addresses issues affecting service and productivity. Ensures safety compliance of physical facilities. Oversees store appearance and displays. Executes local marketing strategies. Provides outstanding customer service. Protects company assets. Monitors delinquency rates and manages fleet. Implements loss prevention measures. Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and addressing employee concerns, in accordance with company policies and laws.
