The Role:
You will assist clients in navigating complex Sourcing & Spend Optimization challenges across IT services and BPO landscapes. Your thought leadership will guide organizations on innovative service delivery models to transform their operations and achieve desired economic outcomes. This role offers high visibility and growth opportunities. What you’ll need: Experience in a reputable management consultancy in project delivery and sales. Drive to lead organizational growth through new solutions and service optimization. Familiarity with outcomes-based structures, practice/solution development, and individual objectives. Deep knowledge of IT financial management, cost accounting standards, and pricing methodologies. Experience establishing and optimizing Global Capability Centers. Experience with IT service agreements, pricing, and contracting models. Ability to analyze current spending, benchmark against peers, and model future financial estimates. Understanding of product-centric models, infrastructure, cloud, and differentiated sourcing strategies. Proven leadership in building high-performing teams leveraging technology. Ability to inspire professionals across technical and non-technical backgrounds. Commitment to team success, coaching, and continuous improvement. Creative problem-solving skills, adapting Gartner frameworks to client challenges. Hands-on management of multiple client priorities. Ability to build trust with senior executives. Receptiveness to feedback and best practices. High achievement orientation with perseverance and humility. Track record of exceeding booking and revenue targets. Who are we?
