SALLY STORE MANAGER: By working at Sally Beauty, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Our managers are innovators, role models, and coaches who drive results and team development. Your Role As a Store Manager Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing customized hair and beauty solutions. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies. Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness.

Requirements
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operations, finance, and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required. Must be 18 or older. Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes on a ladder. Occasional exposure to fumes and odors. Long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
