Jenis Splendid Ice Cream LLC
We're looking for a Production Artist to help scale great design across every channel we show up in. This role is right for the person who brings structure, speed, and precision to the creative process, adapts and prepares high volumes of creative assets across multiple formats, ensuring every output is accurate, brand-aligned, and ready to launch. The role requires the ability to move fast, solve problems on the fly, and adapt to shifting priorities, keeping the creative engine running smoothly and freeing up the design team to focus on concepting and other high-impact work. This person will be organized, collaborative, and detail-obsessed. They'll take pride in delivering clean, production-ready files-on time, every time-knowing that the best design often starts with a strong foundation.
The Production Artist will report to the Creative Director and be based in Columbus, Ohio.

What this person will do:
Adapt and version existing creative across a variety of formats and channels-including digital, web, retail, packaging, and print Prep and finalize files for production, ensuring specs, naming conventions, formatting, and pre-flight checks are spot on Handle digital and web production tasks, such as preparing assets optimized for web and mobile platforms, ensuring proper file formats, sizes, and accessibility standards Work closely with printers, vendors, and digital platform partners to ensure smooth production and delivery of assets Ensure all creative outputs are brand-aligned, pixel-perfect, and delivered on schedule Collaborate fluidly across creative, marketing, and project teams to prioritize and track production needs Maintain organization of production assets and create templates and systems to support team efficiency Flag inconsistencies or quality issues before they go out the door-nothing gets past you Support the design team with occasional layout or light creative tasks as needed Stay agile and solution-oriented, navigating fast-moving projects and evolving priorities with ease-figuring out solutions as you go Qualified applicants will have the following:
2-4 years of experience in production design, creative operations, or a similar fast-paced creative environment Deep proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop-and confidence working within established brand systems Knowledge of pre-flight, pre-press processes, and best practices for print production Experience with digital and web production, including asset optimization for web/mobile, file formats, and accessibility Experience collaborating with printers, vendors, and digital platform partners to deliver high-quality assets Meticulous attention to detail and a process-driven approach to versioning and file management Experience in retail, packaging, and restaurant adaptation a plus Highly collaborative with strong organizational and communication skills-comfortable working cross-functionally and figuring shit out as needed A proactive mindset and a genuine appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that makes great creative possible Ability to work quickly and adapt fluidly while maintaining accuracy and quality The position is eligible for the following benefits:
