Job Title
Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of our cleaning, repairing, and restoration services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Follow Rainbow's uniform policy Utilize Rainbow 17 Steps to World Class Customer Service System Perform basic equipment maintenance Perform basic vehicle maintenance Complete Work Orders Complete appropriate restoration documentation Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times, leaving a first-class impression of our work Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner Respond to all jobs and initiate procedures according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International's process Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork Maintain all company restoration equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times Perform marketing tasks and additional services as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds Excellent Communication skills Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles Maintain inventory of supplies Working Relationships and Scope
Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Lead Technicians, Supervisors, or Managers Decision Rights and Authority
Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company's services at the customer's property Performance Competencies
Oral Communication
Speaks clearly. Shows respect when addressing customers and superiors. Able to effectively respond to excited customers. Adaptable and able to think on his/her feet. Written Communication

Is appropriately trained and/or certified and effectively performs all production work within the water mitigation division. Quality
The individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors his/her own work to ensure quality. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education and Experience (Preferred, not required) High school diploma (or GED). Mathematical Skills Adequate math skills - Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units. Computer Skills Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. Understand and become proficient in the use of software systems (e.g. Fusion, MICA, Moisture Mapper). Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation (IICRC WRT and ASD), Mold (IICRC AMRT), etc. (Not required but needs to have the desire to eventually acquire certifications) Possess and maintain valid California Driver's License.
